My name is Michelle Woolf a pharmacy technician who has 20+years in the NHS as a computer systems manager. This position evolved to IT training staff to use bespoke stock control software and various software packages form MS Office MS Project MQSL Crystal reports.

I have Certificate in IT Training Delivery Skills - Institute of IT Training and due to industry demands currently studying for a Microsoft certification.

Having worked with computers since the mid 1980 I am familiar with trouble shooting everyday problems with hardware : PC. Laptops, Printers , scanners, cameras, webcams etc.But do not profess to know all the quick fixes for these, and work along side other IT professionals in the East Devon area.

I prefer to specify my consultancy to what I know best and that is teaching people to use the software they have on their own machines to the best of their abilities.

Working hours

• I have flexible working hours, around my 2 children from 9am to 2:30 then 5pm to 9pm
• I prefer to have an initial 30min consultancy to discover your requirements which I charge £10. this then reimbursed on booking for 3 to 6 lessons.
• From this meeting I will customise your requirements to a package of lessons
• Optimum lesson length is 1.5 to 2 hours

Tutoring Rate

• Hourly rate is £30
• Package of 4 x 1.5 hour lessons = £150.00
• Package of 6 1.5 hour lessons = £ 225.00
• Package of 8 1.5 hour lessons = £ 290.00
• These packages have to be taken over a 6 month period
• My rates include my travel expenses any where in the East Devon area. Outside this area may incur extra travel costs.
